The Last Political Skirmish in Biliran by MARLY S. SABERON Project Development Officer

Let us be thankful for the researcher’s foolishness’. But for him, the rest of his actions could not succeed. The sureness of his researched is far more than a duck floating in the swamps.
T
hese unacceptable FACTS researched done by Rolly C. Borrinaga are more than slandering the elect in particular and to the Biliranon in general.
Ironically, our curiosity had pushed us to delve into the subject for his megalomaniac behavior.
===============================================
Quote:
Been doin' a research lately and i got this FACTS from a very very realiable SOURCE।These people are the major players during the last NIT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.CHED Commisioner: Carlito पुनो
Vice chairman: Dr. E. Pajo
Board Members:
1. DOST Director Edgardo Esperancilla
2. NEDA Director - Buenaventura Go-Soco
3. Alumni - Kokoy Caneja
4. Congress - Vice-Gov. Charlie Chan
5.Private Sector - Cecil Espina
6. Private Sector - Fr. Benjie
7. NIT Faculty - Isabelo Gervacio
8. Student - Edgar Dandan
Who are these People?
1. Carlito Puno his brother is a well known LOYALIST of ERAP. We all know of ERAP's exploits. This CHED commioner is also well known for CORRUPTION in the office. The reason why he got that position is because of the INFLUENCE of his brother. During the election he PERSISTED that he can also vote. But the Law stipulated that the CHED Commisioner CAN ONLY VOTE INCASE THERE WAS A TIE. So, Father Benjie argued that Dr. Pajo can also vote although she was one of the Candidates.
2. Edgardo Esperancilla - don't know much about him, but rumors circulated that he got paid 50,000 pesos by the Espina to swing his vote to Dr. Genson.
3. Buenaventura Go-Soco - a well known Director who happens to gave Dr. Pajo several ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS for her EXEMPLENARY LEADERSHIP and always made COMPLIMENTS on Dr. Pajo for being such a GOOD LEADER. During the last ELECTION, his wife was a candidate for a position and according to my source Ex-Congressman Gerry Espina SR. gave Dr. Go-Soco a CAMPAIGNED FUND worth 100,000 pesos. So, it's no longer a SURPRISE why he opted to vote to Dr. Genson the PET of the ESPINA's.
4. Vice-Mayor Kokoy - well errr.... HIS A PUPPET WITHOUT STRINGS.
5. Vice Gov. Chan - "SHOW ME THE MONEY". Stupid Chinese who called my Grandma "AUNTIE" even though were NOT RELATED. And why he is the representatives of the Congress? Just fill in the blanks...
6. Cecil Espina - no explanation needed. She is a B...H!
7. Fr. Benjie - a well known anti-Espina cleric
8. Mr. Gervacio - elected as NIT Faculty President because of his REPUTATION
9. Edgar Dandan - he's a nephew of Alton Durano (a welll known LEECH) who works for you know WHO.
10. Danny Parilla- patay na!
11. Susan Velaquez veda de Parilla napod.
My Comments:
If you take closer of the members and the events that followed. IT REALLY SHIFTED TO THE GRAND MASTERPLAN OF THE ESPINA'S. The plan to dislodged Dr. Pajo from that position was being planned a long time ago. BTW: Dr. Pajo was in FIRST PLACE of the SEARCH COMMITEE during the previous ELECTIONS. That IDIOT called himself COMMENTATOR ADVERTIZE that Dr. Pajo was also in THIRD PLACE. Now tell me who TWISTED the Facts? ngek!

Poisoned spy blames Vladimir Putin not for Rolly Borrinaga

By: PAULINE MECARAL, Associated Press Writer
A rare radioactive substance killed an ex-KGB spy turned Kremlin critic, the British government said. In a dramatic statement written before he died, the man called Russian President Vladimir Putin' and not for Rolly’s. "barbaric and ruthless act.”
Putin, in Finland, offered his condolences for the death of Alexander Litvinenko and denied any involvement. He called the release of the deathbed statement a "political provocation" by his opponents.
Litvinenko died at a London hospital after spending days in intensive care as doctors puzzled over what was causing his organs to fail and attacking his bone marrow and destroying his immune system.
Britain's Health Protection Agency said that the radioactive element polonium-210 (not a coconut meat) had been found in his urine, and the police said traces of radiation were found at Litvinenko's home and a ritzy hotel bar and sushi restaurant he visited on the day he became ill.
The 43-year-old Litvinenko, who fiercely criticized Putin's government from his refuge in London since 2000, told police he believed he was poisoned Nov. 1 while investigating the October slaying of Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya, another critic of Putin. Litvinenko's statement, read by his friend Alex Goldfarb to reporters outside the hospital, put the blame for his death squarely on Putin.
He accused Putin of having "no respect for life, liberty or any civilized value."
"You may succeed in silencing me but that silence comes at a price. You have shown yourself to be as barbaric and ruthless as your most hostile critics have claimed,"
the statement said.
"You may succeed in silencing one man but the howl of protest from around the world will reverberate, Mr. Putin, in your ears for the rest of your life."
G
oldfarb said Litvinenko dictated the statement before he lost consciousness Tuesday, and signed it in the presence of his wife, Marina. Putin strongly denied involvement by his government. "A death of a man is always a tragedy and I deplore this," the Russian leader said when asked about Litvinenko during a news conference after a meeting.

The Opposition by Philip C. Ting

FIRST POSTED BY BANKAW NEWS @ 12:52 AM SUNDAY NOVEMBER 19, 2006
http://bankaw.blogspot.com
An opposition or a group that opposes another in a struggle, jihad, fight, debate, contests. And express disagreement with or dislike of, or make an effort to stop or prevent an activity, efficacy or success of, to oppose a political candidate or against something or someone who is doing good things.
An opposition instigates oppression to make their cause reasonable to a public debate and make them a victim of unjust harness to cause to feel them mentally or spiritually burden or physically as though suffocating. They accused the administration as the oppressors which they came from before.
Mostly of the opposition are people of insecure nature, liars, lazy, apprehensive, anguish-ridden, unsound mind, no jobs, selfish and self-centered people according to an expert who study of human behavior.
They don’t want to see an administration doing a good job but instead looking for the destruction of the incumbent. “For someone is right no one does remember. But someone is wrong no one’s forgets.”
Many of this people are likened to the Lord Flies of what Golding’s describes coward criminals and megalomaniacs for their evil act and destructive behavior although they wear sheep clothing.
In the book of Providence, God described opposition as an evil deed who wants to destroy his creation and in the book of Genesis evil is an opposition which described a lighting fire that falls from heavens.
This described by the Americans and its allies as a negative force or opposition as terrorist who brought fire from the sky by plane and denotes “independence.”
In addition, the Webster Encyclopedic Dictionary described “INDEPENDENT” as free from the authority of control or influence of others, not committed to organized political parties which unavailable in the Holy Books however “independent” are mostly rejected political malnourish who just want to line their pockets.
Ironically, independent described by an expert who asks for anonymity that they are member of ‘order Diptera’.
This diversity of names documents the importance of the group to man and reflects the range of organisms in the order. The order is one of the four largest groups of living human organisms. These people are a major component of virtually all non-human ecosystems. One need only consider the ability of this people to transmit diseases like AIDS.
This people are responsible for more human suffering than any other group of political organisms except for the transmitted pathogens and man!
Many of this people are now raging in Naval/Biliran province with vested personal interest and they called them “The OPOSITIONS” and “INDEPENDENT.” And God said; “they are ‘EVILS’ on earth.”

E. Visayas cops to help in Parilla murder case

First posted 01:07pm (Mla time) By Jhunnex Cebu Daily News
Police in Eastern Visayas will send investigators to Cebu to help determine the motive in the killing of former Biliran governor Danilo Parilla.
Chief Superintendent Silverio Alarcio Jr., director of Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7), said he already talked with the police director in Eastern Visayas about Parilla's murder.
Alarcio said Chief Superintendent Eliseo de la Paz, PRO-Eastern Visayas regional director, assured them they would help in the investigation and look at other angles.
He said they may have information that could help solve the case.
Police in Cebu are looking into the personal grudge angle because of an earlier altercation between Parilla and Corpin.
Police did not rule out politics as a motive because of reports that Corpin was a former bodyguard of incumbent Biliran Governor Rogelio Espina.
Espina had denied that Corpin was his bodyguard, saying Corpin was a mere provincial security agent assigned at the Capitol grounds and was later dismissed after being linked to a robbery incident.

The long and widing road by Eugenio Nierras Corpin

I was accused of killing that it has never occurred to kill the former governor but I admitted harboring grudge with him. And it was Napolice who shot him and passed the handgun, which Napolice stashed inside the backpack and passed it to me.
“Sa milabayng higayon” I was drinking at port area on or about 1st of Sept and the former governor approached me and challenged me to a fight, but I don’t want because God ask me not to fight with someone for he said; “forgive those who sins against us and lead us not to temptation but deliver us from evils”
“Nauwawan ko pag-ayo sa nahitabo. Mura gud og may circus ug drama ang pantalan" (i was humiliated. the pier area looked like a circus with drama).
I was challenged by the former governor to a fight but i did not rise to the challenge because i knew i was outnumbered by the angels fear to thread. I told the Naval Mayor Gerardo Espina Sr. about the incident and the mayors said; “forgive him because he is our brother.”
“Kon gusto nako siyang patyon, didto na lang sa Naval, dili na nako paabton dinhi sa Cebu"
(Had I wanted to kill him, I could have done so in Naval. Why would I wait till we arrived in Cebu?),” “Mas makalingkawas pa ako sa kaso kay dinhi sa sugbo!” (I can survive prosecution than in Cebu!).
You see! …the police beating me black and blue when i was arrested here in Cebu, but in Naval i know all the police. But here in Cebu i couldn’t identify the policemen who mauled me.
“Ang nakaparat sa gugma kay dia sa ako mahugmak ang tanan” (the salt fall in love on me he he he ). “Peru nahilom lagi ang mga pagarpar” (the noise is quite, you see!).
“P eru mao kini’y leksiyon sa mga tawong way kasingkasing” (but this is a lesson to those who hearth us). "Sa madaug-daugon, kawatan, mangingilad, sugarol, babaero, limbongan ug sa mga tig-prenda ug dili ilang butang mag-bantay kamo sa silot sa Ginoo."
Kay miingon siya, (the Lord said); “silotan ko kadtong mga nakasala ug pagahukman ko sa dayon.” Amen!

Congressman Espina favors no elections in 2007 by: By Rodrigo S. Victoria

Naval, Biliran (23 December) -– Continuity in the implementation of projects and programs for the district and too much politicking in the country that hinders its desired economic take-off and political unity are the reasons why Congressman Gerry Boy Espina of the Lone District of Biliran favors the non holding of elections in 2007.
In an interview with the young solon after several days of hectic schedule of visitations to the different municipalities in the province of Biliran, he said that the draft proposal submitted by the 55-member Constitutional Commission (ConCom) specifically in its transitory provision which provides the non-holding of elections in 2007 and extending the term of office of elected officials until 2010 will surely be approved by majority of the congressmen.
Congressman Espina disclosed that although there were some opposition lawmakers who are against the non-holding of elections in 2007, these people actually are really in favor of it. “Their mouth is against it but deep inside will tell that they are really for no election in 2007’ Cong. Espina candidly stated.
He also admitted that having no elections in 2007 is a big favor on his part and to all other elected officials since they will no longer spend their hard-earned money and for the national government to save billions of pesos used during elections.
He cited the implementation of scholarship program to poor but deserving college students in the province where in most cases it took four years for a particular student to graduate in college. Congressman Espina admitted that this good program in providing a free tertiary education to poor but deserving Biliranons will be cut short in his three year term.

Gordon elected Red Cross conference vice chair By Veronica Uy

SENATOR Richard Gordon, who is also chairman of thePhilippine National Red Cross, was unanimously elected by the Council of Delegates as vice chairman of the 29th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies held in Geneva, Switzerland. Senator Gordon’s election is a historic and proud occasion for our country,” said Ambassador Enrique Manalo, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations in Geneva. “The Philippines is now in the forefront of the effort to create the necessary conditions for the alleviation of human suffering in this part of the world,” he added.
Dr Mohammed Al-Hadid, chairman of the Standing Commission and president of the Jordan National Red Crescent Society was elected chairman.
Among the major achievements of the conference was the incorporation of the Red Crystal, a politically and religiously neutral emblem, as an additional emblem of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
The Red Crystal has the same status as the Red Cross and its Islamic cousin, the Red Crescent, and can be used in areas of religious conflict where the Red Cross might be taken as a Christian symbol.
Al-Hadid declared: “This is a historical moment for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. We urge all governments to respect the Red Crystal, in addition to the Red Cross and Red Crescent.”
Also, the ICRC has now recognized the Palestine Red Crescent Society and the Israeli National Society and Magen David Adom, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies will admit both National Societies.
The International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent brings together representatives of the 183 national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, the International Federation and the ICRC, with representatives of the 192 states that are party to the Geneva Conventions.
The International Conference has the sole authority to consider and adopt resolutions on major, current humanitarian issues. The Council of Delegates is the Movement’s highest internal decision-making body. It approves the provisional agenda as well as the officers of the International Conference.

tough guy image for president…

by minirva mecaral carvahal

Much has been made of the fact that Rolando “Rolly” Borrinaga, be the future President of the Biliran Independence, is only the islands people decisions.
It denotes the pre-ordained supremacy of democratic ideals from its present days. Democracy and justice is a worthwhile target under any circumstances. Despairing people of Biliran want to trade that in a bit of the certainly that prevailed in the old Biliran. This is a simplistic rendering of Biliranons transformation; it is denigrating its storied hooligans past, especially under the corrupt leaders.
Mr. Borrinaga wants the Biliran to be part of new world economy. The worry is weather Mr. Borrinaga implied a heightened and political stance and the consumption of scare resources to beep up.
His persona seems choreograph to project "machino". Meeting with the Japanese Yakusa, and organizing to locate the Balagiga Bell in Oklahoma, going down to meet rebels in East Timor, going down in Mindanao with his Abu Sayaff staffs, and going with the Philippine Inquirer official on his Balagiga mutiny with he is, Mr. Borrinaga can go part way in making Biliran away of corrupt and abuse local official. If he would bring his taught-guy image to bear on the corrupt and abuse problem. Reducing the influence and reach of the business oligarchs and their human rights violation links demands his urgent attention.
If Mr. Borrinaga can never the menace, he will have done plenty for his beloved Biliran whose decline, he says, pain him.
His gestures beyond Navals "destitute image” remain an open question. Rolly is un-impressed of what the Biliran now, one reason why the government official is not doing their job. He wants to fashion an alliance with mainland of Leyte-Samar, Cebu, Manila, Japan and Balagiga.
How he takes council to patch up the economy when he become the president of Biliran independence, He will pick the right people to do the job in Biliran is restored to greatness. It is his challenged of improving the Biliran Province daily live. But he needs an imperious support to build-up his image into a fertile public servant in the Naval Biliran Island. So help us God.

NAVAL/BILIRAN, UNITED WE STAND…

The reported political dispute between the present regime and the opposition party in the Biliran province had cause negative perception to the outside world. The opposition and the government officials must unite themselves and join hand in hand to solve the increasing problems in the island.
There are many, many problems on poverty and unemployment. They should aim to attain decent standard of living to overcome income disparity sparked and need to innovate to meet the challenges on re-developing the island's economy.
We are very, very concerned about the social implications of the widening income gap preventing social exclusion, foster social harmony and teamwork seeking highest return of income were expected than that of warring of the people.
Leaders should create a positive approach and foresight to set up cooperatives to provide the Biliranon with quality goods and services at lower cost than damaging themselves for political gain. This is a time for reconciliation. The government leaders in Biliran should innovate and adapt in changing business environment.
In response to such challenges, Biliranons should embrace talents and support government officials to entice foreign and local entrepreneurs to expand their respective businesses in the island. However, trust must be established first and foremost. Trust in the government laws and dedicated government officials are some salient points that everyone has to evaluate before embarking business risks.
It is sad to think that some of the government official is ignorant of such diplomatic approach. It is very, very important to set aside personal interest and put the provinces in the first place.

...regards to eeverybody!

The Philippine Tourism and the Biliran Province as well…

by marlon anthony mecaral
Last time when the Philippine tourism industries promoted and invited me to join then and helped boast our tourism, which I'm hesitant to refuse.
The tourism industry in the Philippines rallied behind Tourism Secretary Richard J. Gordon's efforts to check declines in tourism arrivals by committing to offer tour packages with value-for-money promotions and half-price discounts.
The federation of Tourism Industries of the Philippines (FTRIP), headed by Alejandra "Dading" (not Cojangco), informed Secretary Gordon that the federation 'raw' is working double time to put together these packages for immediate offering to the North Asian market including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China 'at sana, sa Naval Biliran'. he he he.
In an FTRIP meeting with Gordon at the DOT auditorium, the tourism chief urged the private sector to lose no time in working pro-actively to maintain Philippine gains and push forward with tourism growth goals despite current global travel woes and anxieties. Gordon emphasized to the private sector their crucial role in keeping tourism alive and kicking especially these days when Philippine exports are down. While the terrorism is on sway. 'ano ba yan?' He also cited projections of travel experts that travel to and within Asia will continue to grow prominently while many travelers will cast their sights on Asia as a safer travel destination in the aftermath of the Sept.11 attacks.
The Department of Tourism-Region III (DOT RIII), in cooperation with the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency-Region III, is conducting a seminar on tourism security and safety last October 25, 2001 at the Marlim Mansions Hotel, Angeles City. The program includes topics on international terrorism, bomb familiarization kidnapping and identification, securing foreigners in and off campus, currency counterfeiting, credit card fraud, counterfeiting of travel documents, law enforcement response, among other subjects. Participants to the seminar include managers of DOT-accredited hotels and resorts, local tourism officers, schools with foreign students, entertainment centers, etc.
In line with DOT’s program to attract foreign visitors, the Returned and Services League Australia, an association composed of retired senior residents is holding the 1st Australia Day Fiesta last January 26-27, 2002 in Angeles City and maybe in Biliran Province if given the opportunity.

I’m a Navalian, come and be my constituencies

by Rollando C. Borrinaga
more news at; CNBNews : http://reporter88.wordpress.com

As a Navalian working here in Tacloban, …it was very interesting to see the different between the Naval/Biliran politician and Taclobanon but with the same feather they can flock together. However the Taclobanon appear the highest quality to glance but it’s too dangerous to hook up with them.
I am one of the hundreds of hundreds of Navalian neither Biliranon given change to experience a life that is denied in my own town by the former governor which now serving his jail term. I love living and working here in Tacloban which I called home. I can go about my life feeling able to provide a decent life for my self and my family. It is shame that a lot of my constituencies are talented but there are just not enough jobs. My town and my province have been controlled by one family politically for as long as I can’t be wrong.
When I came here in Tacloban, I realized what I was missing and that every Naval/Biliranon here enjoys what I had always longed for. Given a choice, I would want to work here for as long as I can, until I go back to my home town to retire if the opportunity gives-in.
I believe in giving back to Tacloban what it has given me by offering the productive years of my life to help in its continued development with our young and talented governor Petilla.
Don’t get me wrong; I would have done it in my own town/province if we have what Tacloban has, but for now the best way I can help my town and province is to be productive somewhere else.
I don’t pretend to know everything about politics here in Tacloban or the sentiments of the present generation of Taclobanon. I also do not pretend to know what is best for Tacloban in particular and Leyte in general.
What I don’t know is that in my town/province, we don’t understand each other, we have peace but stupidity is out there. We can walk in any place but all eyes follows with funny stupid idolater’s curiosity. We have all our relatives that sometimes help us but at the same time destroy us and yet we are still rotten, poor and dim-witted.
We did not have a good leader for a long time and freedom to do anything was used as a license by the leaders to fill their pockets with the people’s money.
Yes, we always had a choice, but what is there to choose from? It is very rare to find a leaders with is not a womanizers, thief, gambler ect. You have it and I hope you cherish it. The latest “kabet” in town had owned a small book shop located in Naval mall and was funded by the latest politician while another politician is reported for having fun on playing handsome and macho men inside his white Mercedes beans.
On other hand, sometimes we want a change so badly that we fail to think about what is really important: Food on the table, a job, an affordable place to live in, a safe and sound existence, a good future to our children and change to live in your own town to reap the benefits of what the previous generation struggled to achieve.
I hope that Tacloban will continue to move forward. Tacloban makes me proud to say I am a Filipino. And I hope it stays that way for I call Tacloban a home near to my home. he he he

A
t least trying hard ka to maintain and sustain your identity. ako nga, if for the nature of my work, I really have to learn to understand cebuano para pag nag-fieldwork ako, di ako mabenta.
Talaga?! defunct na ang DWU sa Tacloban? Member ka ng LFS? How did you applied for asylum? Baguio and Boyet are my uncles, short to say, Chicay and Pilar are my aunties. Their father, the former Mayor of Almeria was the brother of my grandmother.
Actually, Ma Colom is still 50% chinese, here maiden surname is Ang, brother niya si Lito, 'yon may-ari ng RosaLito. The Vero's are not rich, nagsikap lang makapag-aral kaya umasenso!
These things happened because the people of Biliran allowed it. They allowed the Espina clan to abused and marginalized them. I'm not familiar with you associates, who are they? I'm looking for a new job, maybe they need a new staff?! I'm not sure, as far as I know, Sec. Ging is from the northern part of country.
Well, I have too much readings about Iraq, Afghanistan and the Palestine. These are old nations and yet they too never learned from the past.
Gerry Espina used to be the EPZA Administrator. During his time at EPZA, parang manning agency ang EPZA, maraming ghost employees, then majority ay mga kamag-anakan niya. Wala naman matinong mga projects and programs na naimplement. EPZA was the 'milking cow' of the Marcos cronies not only the Espinas.
I
f my memory serves me right, according to my Dad, Gerry emerged from a very humble beginning, he used to be a cigarette con shoeshine boy in Sangley Point, Cavite, at the same time a working student at FEU. He used to visit us in our house in Cavite for some used clothes or free meals or a few bucks, while his mother is from Talahid, a labandera then or kahit ano daw ipagagawa in exchange for some left-over foods or for a few kilos of rice or palay. My Dad even told me, kung di raw sa pagsisip kay Imelda ay walang Gerry Espina. pero 'nun nakaangat, nakalimutan na ang mga taong tumulong sa kanya. By the way, ATOK ang last name ko, sounds familiar ba? What do you do for a living there is Australia, how long ka na dyan?

A Brief Forgotten Chronicle during the Naval/Biliran Capitol Siege

by: bruce gonzales
Naval/Biliran - It was a humid early morning that the Capitol building located at Barangay Calumpang was quite and serene surrounded with fine trees and other plants; however tensions and worries were heating up due to the political disarray of the island.
The Capitol building was undermanned, and only Dr. Dalmacio Colasito and his aides were in the scene, armed with an office memorandum order issued by then-Governor Gonzales who contests for a congressional seat. The said memorandum order appointed Dr Colasito as acting Governor by succession. The compound was quite but frightening for it was reported that Col Wayne Jaro desired to assume office as Lt.Governor on the same day.
Wayne Jaro a former military dentist had in hand a Ramos Malacanang Office Order appointing him the OIC Lt. Governor for the sub-province of Biliran attacked and sieges the Capitol building with heavy military hardware.
A blitzkrieg attack was launch through the main-door and exist door likewise the secret exit door from the governors office by the Jaro’s commando and his operatives. Hon Dr. Colasito who was armed with the Gonzales Office Order was displaced and terrified with confronting Col. Jaro.
Atty Casas Nueve who was the Capitol Administrative official was with Dr. Colasito until Jaro lost control.
Jaro attack and pushed, dragged atty Lolita Casas Nueve out of the governor’s office with no mercy while Danilo Parilla was in good strength laughing. The smart cameramen had immediately flashing their cameras however it was confiscated by the armed Jaro’s operatives spearheaded by a certain Rene Morillo.
There were two reasons that prompted Gonzales to protect the Naval/Biliran capitol: - 1) by law of succession on elected official per approved by the Philippine constitution, Gonzales’ memorandum was issued as mandated by the law; 2) And, the approve budget for the province-hood movement might be lost under Jaro’s hand; but on the other side of the story, he may be tempted to use the money for his congressional aspiration during the coming election.
However, to avoid bloodshed Dr Colasito decided to backed-off and left the governors office calmly. And in the early morning of the following day, Col. Jaro and his family with armed bodyguards paid a visit at Colasito’s residence for reconciliation
There was a debate regarding a presidential orders and the constitutional law of the Philippines however, the corrupt justice system of the country has hinder to follow those laws.
